Full Service Planning & Design
Handling everything. Designs, logistics, guest flow, vendor hiring, budget creation, and more! The ultimate wedding planning experience for the couple that wants the highest level of support and the most comprehensive and curated design!

Unlimited Communication: From the time of book until wedding day, we are your go-to! No waiting for your service to begin to start asking questions!
Planning Assistance: Monthly, 2-hour Planning Meetings to discuss vendor options, logistics, design elements, and any other pain points you are experiencing!
Vendor Hiring: Research, sourcing, vetting, and introduction of all vendors based on your personal preferences.
Budget Management: Budget creation based on priorities, payment reminders, and additional spending suggestions.
Comprehensive Event Design: Includes a personalized vision board full of inspiration and mockups for all elements of your wedding day, decor and rental sourcing, floral design assistance, and oversight of day of production.
Guest Management: Includes website creation, RSVP tracking, hotel block and transportation management, and seating chart assistance.
Unlimited Site Visits: Presence at any venue walk throughs including floor plan meetings, floral meetings, catering walk throughs, and more.
Full Wedding Production: A comprehensive and customized timeline created and shared with all vendors, planner presence at your rehearsal and unlimited hours on wedding day. Day-of production oversight, vendor management, set up, take down, and last minute fixes!
The Crane
Wedding Management & Design
This Package is specially designed for couples who have a specific vision for their wedding design and want assistance in execution! Rather then being present for the entire process, we help you refine your design vision in the first few months, and then come back in the last 60 days to create your timeline, communicate with vendors, and manage your perfect day!

Comprehensive Event Design: 2 early-stage meetings to discuss your vision and personalized vision board full of inspiration and mockups for all design elements of your wedding day, decor and rental sourcing, floral design assistance, and oversight of day of production.
Design-based Vendor Procurement: Research, sourcing, vetting, and introduction of 3 design vendors based on your personal preferences. This may include a florist, linen rentals, decor rentals, draping company, etc.
Timeline Creation: Custom timeline creation based on your vendors, priorities, and day of needs!
Vendor Communication: Communication and collaboration with all hired vendors starting at 60 days out in order to create a seamless timeline and guest experience!
Final Details Management: Assistance in the creation of your floor plan, decor placement decisions, guest count reports, final vendor confirmations, and music choices.
Day Of Management: Management of your ceremony rehearsal, and unlimited hours on wedding day for production oversight, vendor management, set up, take down, and last minute fixes!

Wedding Management is the perfect service for the couple who is wanting to experience all the fun and chaos of wedding planning and simply need assistance with bringing their vision to life day of! While most planners call this package “Day-Of Coordination” we choose to call is “Wedding Management” to highlight all of the fun things we do before the “Day-Of” even begins!

Hourly Consultations
For that extra helping hand…
We all hit a road block sometimes, and let’s face it, you’ve probably never planned a wedding before! Hourly Consultations are for couples who have booked either of our Wedding Management packages and just need a bit of assistance. Whether that it logistical recommendations, budget building, design concepts, or even just talking through something that has been a pain point for you! These can be added on to your package right away OR you can add them as you need them!
How these can be used:
Aesthetics & Design: assistance in design concepts, vendor sourcing, mock ups, linen procurement, or color palette building!
Logistics & Strategy:budget creation, working through timeline logistics, reviewing quotes and contracts, and more
Vendor Curation:research and suggestion of vendors based on your budget, priorities and wedding needs.
Planning Execution: any of the small nitty-gritty things you need assistance with, such as fine tuning your website, looking over your invitations, researching DIY elements, or anything you are stuck on!
$275 for 3 curated 1-hour meetings to help get you started and locking in your next steps!
$100 per hour for any meetings added on past your initial 3 meetings.

Additional Assistants
Sometimes your vision is bigger than just 2 people, and we LOVE that! Wether it’s a large guest count, multiple locations, and just lots of moving parts, an additional assistant may be right for you!
*Additional Assistants may be required in certain situations.

Rental of pre-made baskets for both your men’s and women’s restrooms, full stocked with items such as mints, lotion, Advil, toothpicks, hair spray, deodorant, makeup remover, tide pens, tums, hair ties, and so much more!
$100Floral Set-Up
Available for couples who are renting faux florals, DIY’ing their florals, or having their florist drop florals off rather than set up.
